§ 2 Emergencies – Emergency numbers – Misuse.

(1) In emergencies the following can be contacted
a) the administrative staff of the campsite from 7.30 a.m. to 12.00 noon and from 1.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. at the reception, at other times and at night via the emergency bell at the reception,
b) the fire department by calling 112 or 08642/333
c) the police by calling 110 or 08641/9541-0
d) the rescue service by calling 112.
e) Traunstein Hospital 0861/7050

(2) The misuse of emergency calls is punishable by law and will be prosecuted.

(3) A mobile first aid kit is available in reception during office hours for necessary first aid.

(4) A defibrillator is installed in the restroom building on the west side next to the display case from 01.04.-31.10.

(5) Doctors and pharmacies on duty can be requested at the reception desk.

(6) The medical on-call service can be contacted on 116117.

§ 3 Opening hours.

(1) The campsite is open annually from Easter Saturday to October 31st inclusive.

(2) During the rest of the year, use is reserved exclusively for permanent campers.

§ 4 User fees – price list.

Fees, expenses and visitor’s tax are charged for the use of the campsite in accordance with the current price list, which is displayed in reception.

§ 5 Registration – Access – Deregistration.

(1) On arrival, the camping guest or visitor must register at the campsite reception before entering the campsite, presenting a valid passport, identity card or campsite ID. Arrival and departure from the campsite and parking lot is only possible during office opening hours.

(2) The administrative staff of the campsite is authorized to inspect the identity documents of each camping guest or visitor and to record the necessary data for registration. Data will not be passed on for commercial purposes, but may be passed on to authorities or municipal bodies to the extent necessary.

(3) The above registration regulations apply accordingly to day visitors, with the proviso that day visitors must pay the visitor fees and parking fees immediately on arrival. It is not permitted to enter the campsite without the permission of the administrative staff.

(4) Access to the campsite is only permitted after proper registration.

(5) The administrative staff reserves the right to refuse access to the campsite, to limit the number of visitors and to expel guests from the campsite. This applies to day visitors as well as overnight guests. A maximum number of 6 persons currently applies to pitch occupancy, of which a maximum of 4 adults.

(6) On departure before finally leaving the campsite, the camping guest must sign out at reception. They must return the barrier transponder without being asked.

(7) For lost or unreturned barrier transponders, a replacement fee of EUR 20.00 will be charged to the camping guest, which must be paid immediately.

(8) The campsite can only be entered on the day of arrival if the booked campsite is free.

(9) Use of the “campsite” or “parking lot” facilities is no longer permitted after the billing period has expired.

§ 6 House rules.

(1) The administrative staff of the campsite shall exercise domiciliary rights. The orders and instructions of the administrative staff,
in particular with regard to the positioning of motor vehicles, caravans, motorhomes and other vehicles as well as awnings and side tents or similar facilities, must be followed without restriction and without delay.

(2) The administrative staff is entitled to establish the identity of any person by presenting official identification, regardless of whether the person is inside or directly in front of the campsite. The administrative staff is entitled to issue immediately enforceable verbal and written reprimands to disruptive persons.

(3) If the orders of the administrative staff are not complied with, the police will be called in in the case of criminal offenses. In the case of criminal offenses, the right to file a criminal complaint is reserved.

(4) Trading and commercial activities of any kind, exhibitions and the offering of goods for sale are not permitted on the campsite or from the campsite. Games of chance with prize payouts and betting events are also prohibited.

(5) Any distribution of advertising material of any kind, any attempts to initiate business relationships and begging are prohibited on the entire camping site, parking lot and entrance area.

§ 7. use of the stand – parking space.

(1) The rented pitch must be retained for the entire duration of the stay. The pitch boundaries must be observed. A change of pitch is only permitted with prior approval.

(2) The vehicle of the stand user must be parked on the rented stand. (max. 1 car)

(3) The erection of poles and tubes longer than 3 meters for the attachment or installation of satellite dishes, motion detectors, alarm systems, flags, etc. is only permitted on the stands after approval has been granted. Any permission granted may be revoked at any time. Fixing poles and tubes must be braced against storms and checked regularly by the stand user to ensure that they are stable and break-proof.

(4) Filled gas cylinders must be kept under lock and key and stored in a fireproof manner.

(5) Stands may not be enclosed by means of trenches, fencing, ropes or in any other way. Care must be taken to ensure that no one is endangered by tent pegs, tent cords or other objects.

(6) Tensioning lines, ropes, cords or similar may only be attached between trees, poles or other fastening points if a height of at least 1.80 m above the ground is maintained over the entire length, even when under load.

(7) Nails, screws, fastening hooks, wire loops, cable ties or other sharp-edged objects may not be attached to trees, hedges or shrubs.

(8) Only service water and waste water may be emptied into the drains of the water points. The emptying of chemical toilets is prohibited. Chemical toilets may only be disposed of in the special emptying point set up for this purpose in the sanitary building or at the motorhome disposal station, taking the necessary care.

(9) Campers must keep the pitches and water points they use in a tidy condition during their stay and leave them clean on their departure. The pitches must be vacated by 11.00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure. Later vacating is only permitted with the prior approval of the administrative staff and payment of the additional fees incurred.

(10) Occupied stands may only be entered or crossed with the prior consent of the respective stand user.

(11) Recreational vehicles such as caravans and motorhomes are accepted up to a maximum overall length of 8.50m. Furthermore, an additional tent for one’s own children up to the age of 18 is permitted on the rented pitch. Pure tent campers are not part of our target group. There are still transitional periods for longstanding regular customers.

§ 8 Use of the parking lot.

(1) The use of the company’s own, non-public parking lot on the east side of the campsite is subject to charges all day and all year round. The parking fees must be paid at the reception without being asked and immediately after parking the vehicle. For vehicles parked in the parking lot between 10.00 p.m. and 7.30 a.m., the fees must be paid by 9.00 a.m. at the latest.

(2) Overnight stays in vehicles or tents are not permitted in the parking lot.

(3) The parking lot is equipped with a height restriction barrier, maximum clearance height 2.20m.

(4) There are entry and exit barriers for access control in the parking lot. Parking or blocking the entrance and exit is prohibited.

(5) Passing on long-term parking cards or barrier chips is prohibited and will result in the immediate loss of parking authorization.

(6) Due to the limited number of parking spaces, visitors, guests, sailors and long-term parkers with a season parking card are not entitled to a free parking space.

§ 9 Vehicle traffic.

(1) The provisions of the German Road Traffic Regulations (StVO) and Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVZO) apply analogously to the entire campsite area, the access road and the visitor parking lot.

(2) Motor vehicles may only be driven on the campsite by persons who have the required official driving license in accordance with the German Driving License Ordinance. The driving of motor vehicles under the influence of alcohol, intoxicants or drugs is prohibited.

(3) The use of skateboards, electric boards and unauthorized electric scooters is not permitted on the campsite roads and paths.

(4) Vehicles of any type may only be driven at walking speed and only on the direct route to the own pitches. Bicycles and scooters may also only be ridden at walking speed.

(5) Pedestrians have priority over vehicles of any kind on the entire camping site.

(6) All roads and paths on the campsite site must be kept clear for emergency vehicles at all times, day and night. The parking of vehicles or other objects on the access road and on all roads and paths as well as the fire lanes is therefore not permitted. Illegally parked vehicles or objects will be removed at the owner’s expense if the owner cannot be identified immediately.

(7) At bottlenecks or unclear locations, drivers must be guided by a competent person if necessary.

(8) When reversing trailers, mobile homes and the like, the rear driving area must be secured by a competent person.

(9) Parked vehicles must be secured in such a way that they cannot roll away.

(10) Damage to campsite facilities of any kind with vehicles or in any other way must be reported immediately to the administrative staff.

(11) The vehicle must be stopped until it comes to a standstill in front of each barrier entrance or exit. It is forbidden to drive behind the barrier when it is open.

(12) Only cars or motorcycles may pass through the car barriers at the campsite and the parking lot. Pedestrians and cyclists are not permitted.

§ 10 Order and cleanliness.

(1) Order and cleanliness are self-evident duties of all users of the campsite.

(2) All facilities and equipment on the campsite must be treated with care.

(3) Tearing off or damaging branches, twigs and the like from trees, hedges and other trees or plants is prohibited.

(4) Climbing over the perimeter fence of the campsite is prohibited.
Climbing on trees, flagpoles and the safety net of the trampoline facility is also prohibited.

(5) The reed belt in the lakeshore area may not be entered, driven on or damaged.

§ 11 Rest of the pitch.

(1) Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7.30 a.m. daily. Loud and disruptive activities must be refrained from during the quiet period.

(2) From 10 p.m. to 7.30 a.m., the entrance and exit barriers are closed and all motor vehicle traffic is prohibited on the camping site. Exceptions apply to rescue services, emergency vehicles of the fire department, police or THW and company-owned vehicles as well as supply and disposal vehicles.

(3) Radio and television sets, CD and MP3 players or similar devices may only be operated at room volume. Live music on the beach or in the area of the pitches is prohibited with or without amplification systems.

(4) In the event of gross or repeated breaches of the provisions on quietness, the administrative staff may issue an immediate ban from the site in order to maintain order

§ 12 Minors.

(1) Minors must be supervised during their stay on the campsite by their legal guardians (parents, grandparents, foster parents) or by a person of legal age (parent, grandparent or foster parent) appointed by them.

(2) If the legal guardians or authorized adult persons intend to leave minors unattended on the campsite grounds, this must be communicated to the campsite operator’s staff at reception in good time beforehand. In particular, the duration of the intended absence and the contact details of the parent or guardian or their authorized representative must be left.

§ 13 Avoidable noise.

(1) Avoidable noise must also be refrained from during the day.

(2) Generating sets, generators or similar devices may not be operated.

§ 14 Waste disposal – waste separation.

(1) Each camping guest is personally responsible for the removal and disposal of their waste.

(2) The waste produced during the camping stay must be disposed of in the waste disposal containers in the recycling area opposite the reception. The waste separation specified there must be strictly observed. The specified disposal times must be adhered to.

(3) Bulky waste, electronic waste, chemicals, charging batteries or similar may not be deposited. The operating company expressly reserves the right to have waste deposited illegally or improperly removed at the expense of the person responsible.

(4) Waste water containing chemicals, chemical toilets and the like may only be disposed of at the disposal point set up for this purpose in the south-eastern corner of the sanitary building and at the mobile home disposal point to the south of the office building.

(5) The drive-over disposal point at the car wash area south of the reception is available for emptying the waste water containers of mobile homes and caravans. Emptying is not permitted between 10 p.m. and 7.30 a.m.

(6) Emptying waste water containers into the well drains between the pitches is prohibited.

§ 15. fire pits – barbecues.

(1) Open fires are prohibited on the entire camping site and on the shores of Lake Chiemsee.

(2) Barbecuing is only permitted under the constant supervision of at least one person of legal age. The barbecue heating material must be completely and permanently extinguished by 10 p.m. at the latest. The use of fire accelerants of any kind is prohibited without exception (especially when barbecuing).

(3) Electric, gas or charcoal barbecues are permitted. However, barbecuing with logs is also prohibited in charcoal barbecues.

(4) If the distance to the ground is too small and sparks fly, there is an increased risk of fire. For this reason, all precautions must be taken by the supervisor to prevent a fire. In dry and droughty conditions, barbecues may therefore be temporarily banned, especially charcoal barbecues or so-called ground barbecues.

(5) Smoke nuisance for neighbors must be stopped immediately.

(6) The lighting of flares, ammunition, fireworks and the like is prohibited on the entire camping site.

§ 16. fire-fighting facilities.

(1) Fire extinguishers are available for fire fighting at clearly marked locations on the campsite. The fire extinguishers may only be used to extinguish fires. The use of fire extinguishers must be reported to the reception afterwards.

(2) If fire extinguishers are willfully used for other purposes, any resulting damage (personal injury and property damage) shall be borne by the perpetrator.
This also applies to the costs of restoring the functionality of willfully used fire extinguishers.

(3) If a fire breaks out, the fire department must be alerted immediately via the emergency number 112 and the administrative staff must be informed.

(4) The fire lanes (open spaces) must be kept clear during the entire camping period. Misuse is not permitted.

§ 17 Water rescue equipment.

(1) Section 23 (1) and (2) shall apply accordingly to the water rescue equipment installed in the lakeshore area.

(2) In the event of a water emergency, the rescue service must be alerted immediately via the emergency number 112 and the administrative staff must be informed.

§ 18 Sanitary building.

(1) The sanitary building and its facilities must be treated with care and consideration. Children under the age of 7 may only use the sanitary facilities when accompanied by a supervisor.

(2) Smoking is prohibited in the entire sanitary building area.

(3) Glass bottles, glasses and other dangerous objects are prohibited in the sanitary building.

(4) The technical facilities (washing machines, tumble dryers etc.) must be treated with care. In the event of malfunctions, the administrative staff should be informed immediately.

(5) The sanitary facilities may only be used by camping guests and their registered visitors.

(6) Facilities may be closed at short notice to carry out necessary cleaning or maintenance work.

§ 19 Prohibition of dogs – keeping animals.

(1) The keeping, temporary storage or bringing of animals, in particular dogs and the like, is prohibited on the pitches and throughout the campsite grounds.

(2) In particular, access to the lake with dogs is not permitted. In the event of violations, the campsite management reserves the right to issue an immediate ban from the site.

(3) To avoid contamination, the feeding of waterfowl (ducks, swans, etc.) is not permitted on the entire campsite, including the lake and the lakeshore area.

(4) Fishing with fishing gear of any kind is prohibited in the entire lake area (demarcated by buoys / bathing area) of the campsite.

§ 20 Ball games.

Soccer games or similar games are only permitted on the designated playing fields and are not permitted on the other areas of the campsite.

§ 21 Playground.

(1) The children’s playground located to the southwest is reserved for children up to the age of 14 for undisturbed, child-friendly play. It may therefore only be used by children up to the age of 14.

(2) Persons over the age of 14 are only permitted to use this playground if they are the parents or legal guardians or supervisors of playing children. Children up to the age of 7 must be supervised at all times while on the playground.

§ 22 Play and sports equipment.

The play and sports equipment may only be used in compliance with the respective instructions for use. If damage occurs to the play or sports equipment during use, this must be reported immediately to reception.

§ 23 Liability for games.

The use of the playground, the play and sports areas and all play and leisure equipment is always at the user’s own risk. No liability is assumed. The same applies to participation in play and craft lessons. With regard to liability, please refer to § 7 of the General Terms and Conditions.

§ 24 Campsite – “Children’s ride”.

(1) Only children up to the age of 14 are permitted to ride the campsite “children’s train”. Children up to 7 years of age must be supervised by an accompanying person during the entire round trip.

(2) Riding outside the wagons of the campsite “children’s train” (e.g. on ladders, footboards etc.) is prohibited.

(3) Boarding or alighting is only permitted at the stops set up for this purpose. Boarding or alighting is prohibited during the journey.

(4) Once the maximum permitted number of passengers has been reached, it is no longer possible to carry additional passengers.

(5) The instructions of the campsite “Kinderbahn” operating staff must be followed.

(6) The ride is free of charge.

(7) We reserve the right to make changes to the timetable.

(8) There is no entitlement to transportation.

§ 25 Bathing in the Chiemsee.

(1)Bathing in the Chiemsee is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on the beach. Bathing is prohibited during storm warnings, high tide, at night or in adverse weather conditions. The non-swimmer area and the swimmer area are marked by buoys. Rescue instructions and rescue equipment are clearly visible.

(2) The boundary buoys may not be used for anchoring or mooring.

(3) Any water sports equipment (e.g. pedal boats, electric boats, sailing boats, kitboards, surfboards, SUPs, kayaks and the like) may not be used on the Chiemsee within the buoy area (demarcated swimming area).

(4) Any activity that represents a source of danger for bathers is prohibited. Glass bottles are therefore prohibited on the beach and in the bathing area. Any infringement must be stopped immediately and reported to the administrative staff.

§ 26 Video surveillance.

(1) The camping site is monitored by video cameras in certain areas in order to exercise domiciliary rights (detection and prevention of safety hazards).

(2) The video recordings are deleted periodically by means of automatic deletion.

§ 27 WLAN

(1) Internet access via WLAN is subject to a charge

(2) The WLAN is not available on the entire camping site.

(3) The WLAN is expressly not intended for applications with high data consumption (e.g. streaming, television or video telephony).

(4) Please note that a high utilization of our campsite, the use of the WLAN inside the vehicle or at locations with densely leafy bushes and trees or away from the repeaters leads to a reduced transmission or reception performance.

§ 28 Gas test.

(1) Vehicles with a built-in liquid gas system must comply with the test according to DVGW worksheet G 607 and be tested by an expert. The test certificate must be presented to the campsite staff on request.

§ 29 Permanent campers.

For annual and seasonal campers, the regulations of the annual contract also apply.

§ 30 Data protection – Privacy policy

(1) Chiemsee-Camping Rödlgries (Ebner GbR), represented by Ebner Josef, Ebner Stefan and Ebner Markus, attaches great importance to the protection of your privacy and informs you below about the type, scope and purpose of data collection and data processing by Ebner GbR.
(2) Personal data upon request, arrival and after departure;
Personal data (individual details about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person, e.g. your name, your fellow travelers, your address, your telephone number, your e-mail address or your date of birth) are only collected if you provide them to us. (Except in the case of trespassing and fraudulent concealment of benefits, we insist on complete personal data). The data is recorded by hand and by computer. Invoices with address data or booking lists are printed out and filed for safekeeping.

we cannot provide any information. If you have provided Ebner GbR with personal data by making a booking, only the data you have provided will be collected, this data will only be used to answer your inquiries or for the purpose of carrying out your booking or registration and will only be passed on or otherwise transmitted to third parties if there is a legal obligation to do so, if this is necessary for the proper execution of the contract or if you have previously consented to this by providing the data.

§ 32 Prohibition of weapons.

(1) The use, carrying or storage of firearms, alarm weapons, gas weapons, cutting and stabbing weapons and pyrotechnic materials is prohibited on the entire camping site.

§ 33 Prosecution of criminal offenses.

(1) Criminal acts committed on the campsite will be reported to the police immediately.

(2) The Youth Protection Act, as amended, shall apply throughout the campsite.

(3) The trade, possession and consumption of drugs, narcotics or intoxicants or substances similar to narcotics or intoxicants is prohibited on the entire campsite.

§ 34 Winter operation, clearing and gritting work

In the winter months from 01.11. to 31.03. inclusive, the campsite is only available for use by permanent campers. The campsite is otherwise closed to the public. During this time, only limited clearing of the roads and paths on the campsite site is carried out.

§ 35 Penalties – sanctions

(1) For each unregistered guest and for all unregistered services, the campsite tenant must pay a penalty fee of €150.00 in addition to the normal fees in the price list. In addition, a declaration to cease and desist with penalty clause must be signed.

(2) Anyone who parks illegally in the no-parking zone of the campsite entrance (access road and emergency route) or even spends the night in their motorhome or caravan and misuses the access road/emergency route as a result of their behavior will also be charged a fee of €150.00. In the case of towing measures, the fees charged by the towing company will also be added. In addition, a declaration to cease and desist with penalty clause must be signed.

(3) Anyone who gains unauthorized access to the campsite or uses the infrastructure of the campsite or merely attempts to do so without being a registered guest will also be charged a penalty fee of €150.00. In addition, a declaration to cease and desist with penalty clause must be signed.

(4) Anyone who damages the camping facility or infrastructure components, fails to report and is nevertheless found, will be charged 100% of the replacement costs, transition costs and an additional €1000.00 penalty fee.

(5) The fees and cease-and-desist declarations from points 1 to 5 will also be enforced, if necessary, against payment of legal fees.

§ 37 Entry into force.

(1) These campsite regulations shall enter into force on 01.09.2024.

(2) At the same time, all previous campsite regulations lose their validity.
